Since its foundation in 1998, the Nunavut Arts and Crafts Association (NACA) has worked to benefit Nunavut artists.
NACA is a non-profit incorporated society that supports and promotes the development and growth of Nunavut's arts and
crafts community through advocacy, communications, artist development, education and marketing.

The big attraction here is Ottawa School of Art's equipped, ventilated studio for stone carvers.

The big attraction here is Ottawa School of Art's equipped, ventilated studio for stone carvers. Carvers from the Ottawa-based Tungasuvvingat Inuit have been coming in to use the studio, and several students from Nunavut have enrolled in the Ottawa School of Arts' portfolio and diploma programs.
